The long-awaited moment has finally arrived: Invincible season 2 is now available for streaming on Prime Video. This animated series, revolving around a teenage superhero, was initially scheduled to be released on Friday, November 3rd, but pleasantly surprised fans by arriving a bit early on Thursday.
Invincible draws its inspiration from the comic book created by Robert Kirkman, Cory Walker, and Ryan Ottley. Premiered in 2021, the series is centered on the adventures of an 18-year-old superhero named Mark Grayson.
In the second season of Invincible, we find Mark grappling with the aftermath of Nolan’s betrayal and striving to rebuild his life. He faces a slew of new threats while confronting his greatest fear: the possibility of unknowingly following in his father’s footsteps. Amazon Studios has revealed that Radiohead’s “Karma Police” sets the tone for the season premiere.
The Invincible cast features a star-studded lineup, including Steven Yeun, Sandra Oh, Zazie Beetz, Grey DeLisle, Chris Diamantopoulos, Walton Goggins, Gillian Jacobs, Jason Mantzoukas, Ross Marquand, Khary Payton, Zachary Quinto, Andrew Rannells, Kevin Michael Richardson, Seth Rogen, and J.K. Simmons.
